• Free Shipping on Orders over $99 

LOCAL PICKUPS: 

• Same Day Pickup Available 
• Local Pickups are only available in Maryland

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

International Shipping costs will vary depending on shipping address and weight. NicolevArtistry is not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left for delivery. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please be aware that if customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipping costs. 

LOST OR STOLEN ORDERS: 

NicolevArtistry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We send a tracking number to your email as soon as the order is processed. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, USPS will have the most current information regarding your package. We are not liable for your package. 

If your items are being shipped to a business, please include the name of the business as well as the name of the recipient at the business in your order. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping address and contact information. NicolevArtistry will not be responsible for any orders that have been confirmed delivered by USPS.
