Return Policy

If in the unlikely event you received a defective product, please return within 30 days of delivery to receive a refund or exchange. After 14 days, the product is nonrefundable or exchangeable. 

If you are dissatisfied with your unopened and unused product and wish to return or exchange them, you can do so for up to 14 days from. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Nicolevartistry is not responsible for shipping costs.

I want to cancel my order, how can I do this?
